Q: What happens if the insurance company wants to repair your car with "after market parts"?
A: Barry's will do our best to negotiate on your behalf with your insurance comapny, but if your insurance company does not agree to use OEM parts, you will be responsible to pay the difference for the part price increase.
Q: What do you do about a rental car?
A: Barry's will contact Enterprise Rent-a-Car for you and set up an appointment for the day your vehicle is scheduled for repairs. Enterprise will pick you up here.
Q: How long will the repairs on your vehicle take?
A: Depending on the amount of damages and parts availability, 98% of the repairs that come in on a Monday are completed by Friday. We will contact you when the vehicle is complete.
